Information submitted through the form is used only to review your project request, respond to you, and communicate about the commissioned work. We don't sell your information or use it for marketing.

We don't set our own tracking cookies. The embedded Trustpilot widget may set cookies as described in its privacy policy above. Our analytics (GoatCounter) does not use cookies.
Form submissions are kept only as long as needed to complete and communicate about the relevant project.
Refunds are only issued when the fault is on our side. The sole exception is if work has not yet begun and we have clearly communicated this status. Once more than 10% of the project has been built, we no longer issue refunds unless the issue is on our side.
