These terms apply to any commission requested through stafno.com ("we", "us"). By submitting the commission form or otherwise hiring us for a project, you agree to the terms below.
We provide Roblox development services, including but not limited to scripting, UI/UX design, game systems, and related commissioned work, as agreed upon per project. We rarely install a delivered system directly onto a live website ourselves — this is possible in some cases, but is handled as a separate, explicitly agreed-upon request rather than a default part of a commission.
We accept Robux, PayPal, and cryptocurrency. The payment method, amount, and schedule are agreed upon with you before work begins. Turnaround times (such as the 1–2 day average shown on this site) are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary with project complexity.
Any form of disrespect or behavior that causes discomfort during a project gives us the right to immediately discontinue the project. By choosing to work with us, you acknowledge and agree to this from the start.
Project scope is agreed upon before work begins. Requests that go beyond the originally agreed scope may require an adjusted price or timeline, to be discussed and agreed upon before that additional work starts.
Refunds are only issued when the fault is on our side. The sole exception is if work has not yet begun and we have clearly communicated this status. Once more than 10% of the project has been built, we no longer issue refunds unless the issue is on our side.
Work is provided as-is and to the best of our ability. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of delivered work, including issues caused by changes to the Roblox platform after delivery.
